This page covers how we handle your information (Privacy Policy) and the terms for using our intake service and text messaging (Terms). By submitting a request or texting us, you agree to both. Only what you provide — name, phone number, and your request details (type of work, location/area, access notes, timing, scope). We keep the text messages exchanged so we can respond accurately.
Solely to respond to your request — ask follow-up questions by text, prepare a summary for the team, and follow up about the request you initiated. Not for advertising or unrelated marketing.
If you provide a phone number, you may receive texts from twentyOps about your request. Frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., our messaging provider, Twilio, which delivers messages on our behalf), as needed to provide the service, or if required by law. No mobile information — including your phone number — collected for SMS consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
Kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business/legal recordkeeping, then deleted. You may request deletion by emailing us.
Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP; request access, correction, or deletion by email.

Not directed to anyone under 18; we don't knowingly collect their information.
